Devin and Jason McCourty are the first twins in NFL history to win a Super Bowl together. They achieved this with the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LIII in 2019. They were also the first twin teammates in the NFL since the 1920s when Jason joined New England that same year.
Devin McCourty is an analyst for NBC’s Football Night in America and Westwood One, retiring in March 2023 after a 13-year career with the New England Patriots. A 2009 first-round pick from Rutgers, he won three Super Bowls, started 205 games, recorded 35 interceptions, and served as team captain for 12 years. A four-time Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee, he co-founded the “Tackle Sickle Cell” campaign with his twin brother Jason, raising over $2.5 million, and remains active in social justice, education advocacy, and hospital leadership. He and his wife Michelle have three children.
Jason McCourty enjoyed a 13-year NFL career, winning a Super Bowl and becoming the first twin to do so alongside his brother Devin in 2018. Drafted in 2009 out of Rutgers, he retired in May 2022 and quickly joined NFL Network’s Good Morning Football, while also serving as a game analyst for CBS Sports and Westwood One. A committed community leader and award nominee, he co-founded “Tackle Sickle Cell,” which has raised over $2.5 million, and serves on the Boston Medical Center Philanthropic Trust. He and his wife Melissa have three children.
